Team Assistant – Group Sustainability (m/f/d)
The place of work is flexible with the opportunity to work from home according to our different work (time) models.
- Provide proactive administrative and organizational support to the Group Director of Sustainability and the Sustainability Department
- Assist the Director with the preparation of presentations, reports and appointments
- Manage scheduling, travel arrangements and correspondence for the Group Director
- Coordinate meetings, department events and internal communication workflows
- Oversee document management and digital collaboration tools, including OneNote
- Support operational tasks and facilitate regular departmental reviews (e.g., OGSM)
